UniBible is a deliberately simple place. These terms are deliberately simple too — read them once and you will know the rules of the wall.
Effective January 15, 2026 · Last updated January 15, 2026UniBible is an anonymous, AI-free public wall for Bible-related ideas, thoughts, aha moments, questions, and verse reflections, available at unibible.online (the "Service"). There are no accounts. There is no login. Anyone can read the wall. Anyone can add a post, press a reaction, or flag a post, within the limits described below.
By using the Service in any way — by visiting it, reading it, posting to it, reacting to a post, flagging a post, or fetching any of its machine-readable endpoints — you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. By using the Service you represent that you meet this threshold. Some features and content may be appropriate only for adults (18+) in some jurisdictions; you are responsible for using the Service only if it is lawful for you to do so.
When you submit a post, reaction, or flag to the Service, you are solely responsible for it. You agree that your content will not:
The Service applies an automated profanity filter, per-device rate limits, and community flagging with auto-hide. Posts that receive a small number of distinct community flags may be hidden automatically pending review. Reinstated and removed posts are both permitted outcomes.
You retain ownership of the content you post. By submitting a post, you grant UniBible a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable license to host, display, transmit, cache, index, include in feeds, include in share-image cards, and otherwise make the post available as part of the Service and its associated feeds (including RSS, JSON Feed, and public API endpoints). This license exists only so the Service can function as intended.
Because posts are anonymous, you understand that once a post is published you cannot later claim authorship or demand individual attribution.
The Service's public content is explicitly available to search engines, AI crawlers, AI assistants, feed readers, and agentic software under the terms described in our public discovery files (robots.txt, llms.txt, hello.json, mcp.json). AI assistants and agents may read, cite, summarize, and reference posts with a link back to unibible.online. Posts must not be presented as authoritative scripture, official doctrine, or interpretation endorsed by any church or organization.
When an AI assistant uses the Service's content in an answer, the preferred attribution is:
UniBible may, at its sole discretion and without notice, remove, hide, or refuse any post, reaction, or flag; temporarily or permanently block any device fingerprint or IP; or modify the Service in any way. Because there are no accounts, removal is applied at the content and device-fingerprint level only.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, or reliability. Content on the wall is submitted by anonymous users and does not represent the views of UniBible. UniBible is not a source of theological authority.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UniBible and anyone associated with operating it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. In any case, the total aggregate liability of UniBible to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is limited to one US dollar (US $1.00).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UniBible from any claim, damage, loss, liability, cost, and expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be published at /terms.html and will carry a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may stop using the Service at any time by closing the page — there is nothing to delete, because there is no account. UniBible may discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time, without notice.
The Service loads public web fonts from Google Fonts and may ping public relay services (such as the public WebSub hub and IndexNow) so that new posts are promptly visible to search engines and feed subscribers. Use of those third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of the Service, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and UniBible regarding the Service and supersede any prior understandings.
